Step 4: Upload or Send Your Prescription
For prescription medicines, a valid prescription from a registered physician must be submitted before we can process your order — this is required under Indian pharmacy regulations.
You can submit your prescription by:
➤ Online Upload: Scan or take a clear photo and upload via our secure portal
➤ Email: Send to naresh@jayamagencies.com
➤ Fax or Mail: Instructions will be provided if needed.
⚠️ Your order will only be processed once the prescription is verified by our licensed pharmacist.
Step 5: Order Review & Confirmation
After placing your order:
➤ You will receive an order confirmation email.
➤ Our pharmacy team will review your prescription and order details.
➤ If any information is missing or unclear, we may contact you for clarification
Step 6: Complete Checkout & Payment
Enter your shipping details, select your preferred payment method, and complete the checkout process. Our site supports secure payment options, and all transactions are encrypted for your safety.
Step 7: Processing & Dispatch
Once your prescription and order are verified by our licensed pharmacists:
➤ Your medication will be packed and dispatched
➤ You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details (where available)
Typical delivery times may vary based on destination and shipping method.
Step 8: Order Tracking & Support
You can track your order status:
➤ Through your account dashboard
➤ Via tracking link emailed to you
