Prescription Refill

Refilling your prescription with Presbio International is quick, simple, and secure. If you’ve ordered medication from us before and have an existing prescription on file, you can renew your medication without submitting a new prescription, as long as your current prescription is still valid and has remaining refills.

How to Refill Online

Log in to Your Account
Sign in with your registered email and password.

Go to “My Orders”
Navigate to your order history or refill section.

Select Your Medication
Choose the prescription you want to refill from your previous orders.

Add to Cart & Checkout
Review your medicine selection, update quantities if needed, then proceed to checkout.

Submit Remaining Details
Confirm your shipping address and payment, then submit your refill order.

NOTE

If your prescription has expired or has no refills remaining, you will be prompted to upload a new valid prescription.

Refill by Uploading Your Prescription

If you do not have a refill on file or need to submit a new prescription:

Upload a clear photo or scanned copy via our secure upload form

Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG

Ensure all medication details and doctor signature are visible

NOTE

Once uploaded your prescription will be verified by our licensed pharmacist before processing your refill.
